I’m going to let you in on something really simple that may change your life.
It’s about knowing what you need.
We forget that on a daily basis there are things we individually need.
We forget the simple act of checking in with ourselves.
When we check in, we recognize that we are important. That everything we desire is attainable and is doable.
That every detail that we feel we need in our lives - we can give to ourselves.
We are committing the amazing act of self care and self compassion when we check in.
This week, ask yourself:
What is it that I am getting too much of?
What is it that I need more of?
What is it that I am missing in my life?
How can I be more aligned with my values?
Gather the above information on yourself and check in on a weekly basis with it.
Every month, go through the questions again.
Make sure you are listening to you.
This is the best way to start.
