There is this really inspiring man who talks about how important it is to feel grateful and have gratitude everyday.
His name is Tony Robbins. Do you know him? (Lol)
He’s one of the most, if not the most, successful life coaches in the world.
And one thing you need to know about him is that daily he brings in a practice of gratitude.
He has used this emotion to support him and his work.
Did you know that love and gratitude are the highest vibrating emotions that you can feel?
Take a look at this scale of emotion below.
You can see the progression from one emotion to the next in search of the highest emotions of love, appreciation (gratitude), empowerment:

This only shows the upper side of the scale. On the lower side there is boredom, worry, all the way down to the lowest emotions of guilt and victimhood.
There are many ways that we can practice jumping from a lower emotion up to a higher emotion. And we can do this daily.
We can ask ourselves to jump just one more step, to a higher emotion.
We do this by taking little actions to help us get there.
A few fun things you can do to level up are:
appreciate something for how beautiful it is
meditate daily
do something selfless for someone
exercise
stop complaining
It has been said that when you are in the emotions of gratitude and love, your manifestations are the strongest.
Meaning, what you imagine while in this headspace comes true more often than not.
It is a catalyst towards what your heart truly desires.
Let’s try one together now.
Remember a time where you received something in your life and it made you extremely happy and grateful.
What was that thing? It could have been company of someone you love, it could have been a toy you received as a child, it could simply be a memory of travel or happiness that you remember.
How did that moment feel?
Sit in the gratitude that you had this experience - or that you’re having it now.
Sit in it, and breathe it in.
Recognize the feeling you’re feeling now, and how it is just that slightest bit better than before.
Appreciate, love, gratitude, contentment in the moment.
This is where we are meant to operate
