We were not born to always be completely happy (like we have been led to believe).

We were not meant to smile in all moments and cruise through life as if it were peaceful.

Instead, we were born to feel, be triggered, and to process in moments that help us grow.

We were born to dig deep in tough moments and to find resilience and personal strategy on how to continue moving forward.

We were born to first endure, embrace, and then to embark.

We were born to be so human.

What storyline did we learn that told us of complete contentment?

Why do we believe so much that we need to live only in a space of happiness?

Look at it this way; when you look back at moments of your life, when did you grow the most?

What were the moments that pushed you way out of your comfort zone, and into the bigger and bolder person you are?

These times of pain, suffering, inability to understand negativity in our minds - they all brought us to our knees, and right into humanness.
