Sometimes, it is helpful to do something over again.
To revisit something we have done, something we have read, something we have experienced.
To review and again allow it to have it’s effect on our life one more time (or more!).
But take the time in this experience to recognize that this time it hits different.
This time you are allowing it to shape you differently.
This time you are seeing it with new eyes - ones that you have continued to open & see through & expand across time and space.
We exist in a world that is forever changing - and we can choose to change with it.
We can choose to change with it and through it, complimenting the growth with our own. Or choosing not to.
But when we choose to grow with it, we continue to change perspective.
We continue to live life and have experiences that alter who we are deep down. How we wonder. How we relate.
And when we pick that same book up, when we join a community on that same past topic, when we relive an event annually - we are experiencing it within that alteration.
How do you want to relate to these new experiences? How do you want to show up?
Because even though you mean be doing it again - you can choose if you want to see it differently or experience it differently.
And by differently, I mean in a more reflective way. In a more positive way. In a more rewarding and expanding way. In a way that you are learning through new eyes again.
Because - we choose.
We choose it all.
We choose to wake up tomorrow, ready for your same family gathering you have every year - and to show up as something or someone that you are striving to be.
You can do it now. Immediately. In this moment. And for that next event or next space that you’ve visited before.
You can relive things that meant something to you once, that can now mean something different. Or that can now feel differently.
It can land differently on your heart.
Simply through perspective.
Simply through choosing so allow the growth.
When we remember to choose, we remember that we have the power.
We have the full capability of stepping into positive perspective.
And what is life if not lived amongst the positivity that we can feel and experience?
Your choice, my friend.
